The 6th Annual Fine Art and photographically show is now up
at Amazing Things Arts. I was granted Two pieces in to the show Along
with Ad least 40 other artists from the Metro West area.Michel Moran
Executive Director of the Center commented that the center accepted as
much artwork as It could hold given the gallery size
Submissions were up 44% over last year! It’s great that so many of our
visual artists are coming to realize the jewel the center is Their at
160 Hollis Street in downtown Framingham.
So Stop by and give a vote to your favorite Artist in the people
choice Award. For those of you who don’t know about them, it’s when
people visiting the gallery or attending a show can vote for their
favorite works. Prize winners from the jurying ( and thanks again to our
wonderful, talented and highly qualified Jurors Marc Cote (fine art)
and Willard Traub (photography) for their excellent work) – and the top
vote getters in each class will be invited to show more of their work in
our annual Champions show that will be held early in 2012.

p.s. Big thanks to Grace Calder who has worked tirelessly to organize the show (I've never experienced a more positive attitude) and of course to our Amazing Things Curator Olga Shmuylovich who is hanging the show (which is a wonderful work of art in itself)
